Child Protection-

England Netball's besafe@englandnetball.co.uk, is now active. This is specifically for anyone involved in Netball to use should they wish to report a concern about the welfare of a child in Netball. It can also be used to report concerns about the behaviour of a coach, official or other staff member/volunteer towards a child in Netball.
Any messages sent to this address will be received by England Netball's independent child protection consultant and monitored by our Lead Child Protection Officer.

Satellite Festival Mar 2009

Took place on 7th March 2009 and was yet again a brilliant success, not only due to the lovely weather but also due to the great effort put in by the organisers.  It was very well attended with girls coming from all over the region including, Norfolk, Cambs, Suffolk, Herts and Beds.  The day was fully utilised with coaching, talent spotting, fair player, mentoring of mentors and umpires and testing of beginners.  Many thanks go to all who contributed to the day including the ladies who did refreshments, table officials, runners and a special thanks to Lesley & Fay. The schoolgirl county finals for U14 and U16 takes place at the UEA on 14th March. The tournament organiser is looking for any 'C' award umpires who would like to come along.  Please can you contact her direct on 01603 861409. There are some travel expenses available on request.
