The North Norfolk Netball League annual charity Netball Tournament is taking place on Sunday 29th April 2012 at Aylsham High School.

The following Rules Changes were formally agreed at the IFNA Congress 2011. They will come into force in England on 1st January 2012.
Back to Netball:
Back to Netball is a project set up to provide a gentle reintroduction to the sport for adults of all ages and abilities. Sessions are coach led and cover the basics of the game, from chest passes to footwork. Whether it is about rediscovering sporting abilities you forgot you had, about getting active again or just meeting a group of like-minded ladies, it really is all about having fun and enjoying the sport, and is open to absolutely everyone.

Jean Liddle Tournament Report (17/7/11):
This year's annual Jean Liddle Netball Tournament was held at Eaton CNS on Sunday 17th July 2011, with a competitive tournament in the morning, followed by a fun tournament in the afternoon.
Competitive Tournament:
9 teams entered the competitive tournament in the morning, playing games of 10 minutes. Last year's winners Norfolk United Blue were again the victors. The results were as follows:
1st Norfolk United Blue 40 points (Cup Winners)
2nd Thoroughbred Purple 31 points (Plate Winners)
3rd Norfolk United Gold 27 points
4th Norfolk United Royals 26 points
5th Thoroughbred White 23 points
6th Norfolk United Aylsham 21 points
7th Bassetts 18 points
8th Revels 7 points
9th McCarthy 0 points
The best defence trophy was won by NU Blue with only 26 goals scored against them.
Fun tournament:
Eight teams entered the fun tournament in the afternoon, and last year's winners The Reds were again victorious.
1st The Reds 31 points (Cup Winners)
2nd Norfolk United Yellow 30 points
3rd Venus 28 points
4th Cliff Park Robins 23 points
5th Jets 17 points
6th Revels 10 points
7th Beccles 5 points
8th McCarthy 0 points
The winners and runners-up of both tournaments were presented with cheques and trophies. International umpire Gary Burgess, who has just returned from umpiring the World Championships Netball Final in Singapore, was on hand to make the presentations. Two raffles were held for charity and raised a total of £153.00.
